Customer Reviews
Consistent service, reliable provider
This is my third time signing up with NetCologne, this time for a new apartment with a VDSL Tarif. I've always found their service reliable, and this order was no exception. The process was familiar, and the equipment arrived on time. I like that I can count on them for a stable connection. It's why I keep coming back, even though there are other options. Their consistency is a big plus for me.
Internet's good, no fuss
Signed up for a DSL Anschluss a few weeks back. It was pretty easy to get it all set up, the guy on the phone was helpful. Speeds are what I need for basic stuff and streaming. No real complaints, it just works. I got a basic WLAN Router with it, which is fine for my apartment. Took like a week to get everything connected, which felt normal.
Smooth switch to VDSL
I ordered a VDSL Tarif from NetCologne last month. The online ordering process was straightforward, I could easily check availability at my address in Cologne. Delivery of the WLAN Router was quick, arrived within 3 business days. Installation was simple; I followed the included instructions and was online within minutes. I had a small question about my first bill, and their customer service via phone was helpful and cleared it up quickly. The connection has been stable, no dropouts so far, and the speeds match what I signed up for. It's been a positive experience overall from start to finish.
Super fast Glasfaser!
I finally got Glasfaser Internet from NetCologne and it's amazing! My old DSL was so slow, but now everything loads instantly. Gaming is super smooth, and I can download movies in minutes. The NetTV HD-Option is also fantastic, crystal clear picture. I'm so happy I made the switch. Definitely recommending them to all my friends in Bonn!
Good internet, delivery could improve
I recently switched to NetCologne for their Glasfaser Internet. The setup was fairly easy, and the internet speed has been consistently good for streaming and work. I got a FritzBox 7590 with it, which works well. My main gripe is that the activation took about 10 days, a bit longer than I expected. Overall, it's a solid service for the price, but they could probably streamline the onboarding process a little.

Quick question about their deals, I saw something about a new customer discount. Is that usually like a flat percentage off, or more like free months?
Hey guys, thinking of switching to NetCologne for internet, but I'm in Bonn. Are they actually good outside of Cologne proper, or is it more of a hassle?
